To that end, we’re proud to announce that after looking to join an independent, more agile and innovative operation, Brett Harvey has now joined Tekton as our Head of New Business after 12+ years at Union Street!
Brett has nearly two decades of invaluable channel experience, starting at Oak Innovations straight out of school, where he found a passion for solving problems and developed a solid understanding of billing, before moving to Union Street. At Union Street, Brett was instrumental in crafting the onboarding process for aBILLity customers and quickly progressed through the ranks. Through Senior Support Technician, Field Services Consultant and Implementation Manager roles, he developed new skills and quickly found himself managing several teams before taking position as Head of New Business.
After more than 12 years at Union Street, Brett searched for a new challenge, one where platform enhancements could be explored and deployed rapidly, and where he could again develop new processes to improve channel billing unhindered. And he found Tekton.

As Head of New Business, Brett will be instrumental in welcoming new customers to Tekton and ZOEY, crafting an even smoother onboarding process, and developing new tools and features that will help solidify ZOEY’s position as the billing platform of choice for channel resellers.
