Tekton Billing was born from the joint knowledge and experiences of an existing wholesale telecoms reseller and an existing network-level billing operator.
Both parties had a common goal; to create an innovative, exciting and market leading billing solution that revolutionises the industry.
Our management team has over 100 years of billing experience between them and so you can rest assured that some of the most knowledgeable and technically able minds in the industry are housed under one roof.
We have taken the network level architecture from the current Zygo Enterprise Billing System and developed an intuitive reseller-based platform with the depth of functionality to bring carrier grade billing to resellers in the channel.
In addition, we have taken the carrier grade customer portal, renowned in the industry, and enhanced its feature set to give our resellers more flexibility and control, whilst providing all the foundations for the future growth of our partners.
We have used all our in-house knowledge of billing to shape the product, ensuring it successfully battles against the daily challenges that hold resellers back.

Who We Are
Terry has a breadth of experience in both the Financial and Telecoms sectors including successful stints at Prudential Corporation, Cable and Wireless and Colt telecom; the latter two performing the role of UK Director for Indirect Channels. In recent years his entrepreneurial flair has come to the fore and he has developed a number of successful business ventures, one notable success being Totility Ltd, which he started in 2005 and sold to Maintel PLC in 2011.
Terry has continued to remain involved in the Telecoms sector in an advisory capacity with a passion for people, customer service and market differentiation, and often finds he can make an impact where others seem to find it impossible to do so.
Privately, Terry has a keen interest in cars, art, family and travel, often choosing to combine all 4 whenever possible!
An ACA chartered qualified accountant, Harry’s background is in financial services with Deloitte – primarily facilitating the day-to-day running of audits for FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 clients. Harry transitioned from Deloitte into industry working for a property development company with project values up to £3m and resales up to £4m. Harry’s responsibilities included ownership of the business plans for each project, producing budgets and cash flow forecast models, providing key management information to external investment partners and assessing potential financing strategies and future acquisition strategies.
Harry’s new role sees him take on the running of the Strategic and Operational side of the business.
An avid gym goer and fitness enthusiast, Harry certainly doesn’t wear any suits in his spare time!
An Economics graduate from the University of Bath, Charlie began his career in sales & marketing, primarily focusing on the FMCG industry, offering Charlie significant exposure to all areas of the marketing jobs mix.
Charlie’s next career step saw him move into a more customer facing role working for Jutel, an existing wholesale telecoms based reseller where he took the lead in Sales and Account Management. Charlie’s role within Jutel enabled him to become an expert in using the existing Zygo Enterprise Billing system and he has become a pioneer for change, driving the development of new reseller-based platform which we now know as Zoey.
Charlie now leads the Sales and Account Management team within Tekton.
Charlie likes to spend his Saturday’s at Selhurst Park as a keen Crystal Palace season ticket holder!
Head of Service Delivery
Danny has been in telecommunications all of his working life amassing over 20 years’ experience working for the likes of Vodafone, Alternative Networks and Maintel. Covering a wide range of roles, notable positions have included the responsibility and approval for a £3m+ monthly invoice run, development and maintenance of a Tariff Analysis tool for Vodafone which was used across a customer base in excess of 1.5 million subscribers and being a key player in the introduction of processes and quality assurance for a global management information system utilised by multi-national corporates. He also has extensive knowledge and experience of financial analysis, commercial modelling, project management and P&L/budget responsibility.
Outside of work Danny can be found cycling up steep hills, going to loud gigs, not reading enough books and making a mess in the kitchen!

Sam has over 30 years’ experience in the business of developing, modifying and implementing Billing and Customer Care software for application in the telecommunications and associated industries.
Sam was involved in the original development of the Customer Care, Subscriber Management and Billing system for the Cellular Telecom Group. After the group was acquired by Intasys Corporation in 1995, Sam was instrumental in the growth of the company – which at its peak covered 6 offices in 3 continents.
In 2003 Sam joined Zygo to recruit and lead an in-house development team to create a next generation Billing and Customer Care System, a tailored product to provide innovative solutions to the challenges within the convergent MVNO/reseller market.
Sam and his team will provide operational support and he will oversee and facilitate the provision of all necessary future development for Tekton to accommodate the ever changing requirements this business sector faces.
Sam is an enthusiastic hobby traveller, currently trying to visit every European country in his spare time!
