We as a business have been using Tekton for about 5 months and they have made IT / Telecoms / Mobile billing simple. A very innovative approach to other vendors out there but this works very well.Every member of the Tekton team have been amazing, guiding us through the process to where our invoices are going out earlier than we even imagined.Special mention to Bethany who has been incredible from day 1, taking the time to actual guide and teach us through the billing system as well as taking ideas from us to see in future upgrade releases

I love working with Tekton. Not only is the platform easy to use and designer with the end user in mind, but the support is unmatched. I have not yet discovered an issue that they are not happy to help me fix, and their communication is friendly, professional, thorough and always done in with time sensitive information in mind.I highly recommend Tekton for your company billing needs, especially if you are still learning yourself, as their onboarding and continued tech support is fantastic!
