High-volume mediation and rating of many millions of usage records behind your own systems. Your proposal reflects your sources, volumes, charging rules and outputs.

How is ZOEY priced?
ZOEY is priced as a monthly platform fee plus a small percentage of the revenue you bill through ZOEY. Self-Managed and Bureau Billing both start from £200 a month, and the percentage reduces as your billed revenue grows.
What if we bill more than £50,000 a month?
Billing more than £50,000 a month? Request a proposal and we will send you the rates for your business.
Is the estimate my final price?
No. The estimator gives an indication only, excluding VAT. Your proposal confirms the exact rates, scope and terms.
Do you charge per user or per module?
No. Unlimited users, every module, hosting, branding and the customer portal come as standard. There is no light version and no add-on fees.
Is there a charge for new supplier integrations?
No. Usage loads from more than 400 supported providers, and if one of yours isn’t on the list, we build the connection for you at no extra cost.
Will the proposal cover migration?
Yes. Your proposal sets out the migration and onboarding work needed to move from your current platform. Without a migration, implementation takes 1–2 weeks.
